All suppliers are also assessed by our in-house quality department for product capability and suitability.
Products coated by Impact Coatings go through our in-house process controlling system, documented procedures and final inspection.
Powder Coating
When time is of the essence, Impact Coatings provide a professional Powder Coating service that offers the solution of a ready-to-use product. This means that there are no lengthy drying times, as it cures quickly and the object can then be used straight away.
Powder Coating provides an outstanding finish and can be cured at temperatures ranging from 170˚C to 220˚C, making finishes very durable and resistant to all weather conditions, including sun, rain and snow.
Powder Coating is available in a wide range of finishes from fluorescent and metallic to leatherette or pearl. Antibacterial coatings are also available for medical uses.
